Thank you for inquiring at Social Bites. We like to meet with you personally to discuss your plans if possible.
Our in person consultations are $75 and last usually about an hour. Weekends are our busiest time but we know that’s when most people can meet. Let us know if there’s a day of the week that would work and we can also look at our calendar for weekend dates. We require full payment of the consultation fee at the time of booking the appointment. It must be paid within 24 hours
An invoice will be sent to your email to pay online if you prefer.
** please note, if you are more than 15 mins late to the appointment we will have to reschedule!
Pick up cake tasting boxes are $45, for our bride’s with a busy schedule . We can chat details after you taste in the comfort of your own home
We include a tasting tray of our most popular cake flavors and the icings and fillings that we offer. Other cake flavors can be accommodated for the tasting for an additional fee. Our flavors are listed below.
Consultations locations can be determined once contacted, accommodations can be made to out of town bride’s
Things you should know for your consultation:
-a ballpark idea of how many guests you’ll need to feed -a solid DATE, TIME, and LOCATION (we’ll need to know this for delivery and availability )
-a color scheme, style, and look you’re going for with your cake(s)
-Bring pictures, swatches, invites, etc. if you have them!
If you decide to book with Social Bites, we require a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the cake to hold the date which will then be applied to the cost of your cake.
We do NOT provide flowers for cakes, cake stands, cake toppers, Cutlery, plates, tablecloths or tables. A cake stand can be purchased in addition.
Delivery is an additional cost and based off of mileage; a quote will be give to you during the consultation.
FLAVORS:
strawberry, chocolate, red velvet, almond, lemon blueberry, honey bun.
( Italian cream, Chantilly, carrot, Oreo, peanut butter can be accommodated by request for an additional fee)
FILLINGS:
Buttercream, chocolate fudge, cream cheese , salted caramel
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ANYONE HAS FOOD ALLERGIES. Some cakes contain pecans, coconut, artificial almond flavoring and blueberries
Our cakes are iced in buttercream frosting
We can accommodate up to 4 people for a tasting , please let us know how many people will be in attendance.
